OpenStreetMap rendering in Silverlight part III

As part of writing the silverlight renderer I wanted to be able to "plug-in" different rendering engines - so you can change how the map looks depending on what you are using it for.

For the test and dev phase I've created a simple "sketch" renderer that's fast and uses different colours purely for tile differentiation.
